In with the new but not out with the old

2015. Hard to believe yet another year has passed. A lot of professional learning, making new connections and strengthening ‘old’ ones. Writing and delivering workshops and learning from it all and becoming a better educator in the process. Sharing and collaborating, learning from others. Failing and learning from mistakes. Learning, unlearning and relearning (yes.. cliche). Feel very blessed to be connected to such an awesome group in my PLN. Finishing COETAIL was a highlight, being asked to be a COETAIL Coach was pretty cool. Im not a big resolution guy but I plan to give more back next year to COETAIL. My EdD is another story. Struggles at the moment but success will come.

I love being mentioned in a book this year All Hands on Deck by @bradmcurrie, an awesome educator and educational leader along with the other #satchat folks that welcomed me to the team last year and of course thanks to the #satchatoc team. #pypchat peeps.  You all rock.

Indonesia is such a great place. I have had 6 great years in Bandung and I am looking forward to my adventures next year in Jakarta. My family and I are very excited.

Finally, Ive been so fortunate to have such a great group of grade 3 kids. The @grade3class has rocked it so for this year. We loved the Travelling Teddy Bear  project and love connecting with other classes and learning with and from them. Truly they are an amazing group of kids.
