Final Countdown

So there is 1 more day to go before the school is alive with little feet. Ive got my class sorted out cant wait for the kids. My new role (additional) role as Learning Technologies Coordinator has kept me on my toes all summer. The old IT Coordinator Rod Murphy has left me in excellent hands and the IT staff is awesome. In fact he whole school is pretty supportive. I never realised until taking on this role just how big of a job it is. You normally just hear from people when things in IT go wrong. These past few weeks have challenged the way I interact with people and as a wise man once said – “technology is all about people”. He actually said it to me every day for the last few months of training me (cheers Rod). So its with excitement, nervousness and enthusiasm I take on this role at the school.
