End of Year Reflection

Well another year of teaching has passed. This has been my second year at Bandung International School, 14th year overall and it has been another productive year. Good colleagues/friends leaving this year, sad to see them go but such is the life of an international educator. I wish them the best of luck in their new adventures. As I reflect back on the year I recall watching my grade 1’s that could barely read or write blossom. Unfolding before before my very eyes were minds developing and growing. I saw problems created and problems solved. I saw friendships bloom. Some days were pretty ordinary but these were few. After it was all over, I can say with pride that we all tried are best, and had a bit of fun in the process. And the best part…in few months it all starts again! So from all of us, safe travels and see you next year!
